More online communities are offering revenue returns for their members as competing sitesstart offering rewards for their active participation.

Chad Hurley founder of Youtube recently announced his plans to share revenue with users who uploaded original videos (view full report here). There are now more community sites offering rewards where traditionally only the owners of such sites profit from the advertising revenue due to the massive online traffic and large membership base. Other communities that rewards their members include Revver and Metacafe.

However, unlike Agloco, such sites does not allow ownership share in these companies...........
